Day Cruise on the Keralan Backwaters,
Info : Day Cruise on the Keralan Backwaters
A great way to avoid the bunfight that overnight cruising on the Keralan backwaters can become, is to stay on land and do a day time cruise. Exploring on a smaller boat allows us to take you up the smaller canals and tributaries which feed off the lake, making for a far more peaceful and authentic experience. It has the added benefit of putting less pressure on local resources. You’ll stop off in some of the villages along the way, where you can experience local life and the crafts that support it such as coir processing, fishing and toddy tapping.

Palaces and Palms
Combine the best of Rajasthan, Agra and Delhi in the north with the backwaters and beaches of Kerala in the south.
The one-on-one guide arranged with Experience Travel Group enabled me to get so much more from my trip to India. As well as the almost compulsory visits to the Taj Mahal and Red Fort, I was shown a variety of busy towns and mall villages, traditional crafts and skills, religious buildings and practices, architecture and wildlife, finishing with a very relaxing stay in Tikli Bottom.
