Embark on an exciting journey through Colombo in a beautifully restored 1973 series 3 Land Rover. This tour covers a significant amount of ground, taking you to many intriguing stops.
The tour begins at 4.00pm from the hotel and lasts for around three hours, though it's likely to be at least four. During the first half, you'll visit some of the usual tourist sites, as well as some charming hidden gems within the old fort. Then, you'll stop at the Grand Oriental Hotel to enjoy some delicious snacks and drinks. As you continue your journey, the experience shifts as night falls. The tour concludes in Hulftsdorp, a place famous for its street food eateries.
There is a good supply of beer and soft drinks throughout the journey and all in all it’s a great way to get a flavour of Colombo.
