This resort is comprised of just eight rustic wooden huts set amongst palm trees right on the sands of a quiet stretch of beach. It’s in an excellent location in Nilaveli, a small coastal resort town 20 minutes north of Trincomalee and it provides a great setting to sit back and relax.
There are plenty of activities, so you can be as busy or relaxed as you wish, from swimming to snorkelling, scuba diving, whale watching at the right time of year, an excursion to Pigeon Island, fishing or watching the local fisherman at work. While there isn’t a pool, you have the inviting ocean on your doorstep, which is what makes the property so special. There is a dining pavilion on the sand facing out to the ocean where fresh seafood, local and international dishes are served. The huts are fitted with air conditioning, comfortable beds and have a verandah to sit out on.
